Our Practice

Patent & Trademark Prosecution

We are focused on Intellectual Property, particularly including obtaining Patents and Trademarks for our clients by drafting applications and prosecuting them before the United States Patent & Trademark Office. We additionally have foreign associate relationships which enable us to obtain protection for our clients throughout the world.

Intellectual Property Strategy

We work closely with our clients to fully understand their goals and requirements, and to cooperatively develop an effective strategy which considers the relative advantages of utility patents, design patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, and contracts. We then carry out that strategy to best protect the intellectual property of our clients.

Opinions & Litigation Support

We assist our clients in bringing valuable products to the marketplace by evaluating and drafting opinions of counsel regarding the enforceability of existing patents of others. We further assist our clients, and co-counsel with other intellectual property firms engaged in litigation related matters, with in-depth analyses of the scope of coverage of patents and patent portfolios of interest.
